5.3 Opt-Out of Model Training
You may opt out of having your Customer Content used for AI model development, testing, or training by:
- Contacting Refine support, or
- Upgrading to an Enterprise plan that provides enhanced data-handling controls
Opting out will not affect your ability to use the core functionality of the Services, although certain advanced or enterprise-level features may require a paid plan.
6. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, Refine relies on the following legal bases:
